01About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Astro Analysts (“we”, “us”) for using the website at astroanalysts.com and everything on it: readings, quick readings, the World Event Meter, Kundali Lab and accounts (together, the “service”).
By using the service you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02Who can use Astro Analysts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or to enter your own details. If you are younger, you may use the service only with a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for you.
You must also be able to agree to these terms under the law that applies to you.
03Readings are guidance, not advice
Readings are based on Vedic astrology and are offered for self-reflection, curiosity and entertainment. The calculations are careful, but what a chart means is interpretation, and no reading can predict events or guarantee any outcome.
A reading is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice. Do not make important decisions about your health, money, relationships or safety on a reading alone, and speak to a qualified professional when it matters.
The World Event Meter and the market outlook are an astrological view of world and market signals. They are not forecasts of events or prices, and are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Our disclaimer explains more.
04Your account
You do not need an account for a reading. If you create one:
- give us accurate details and keep your email address up to date;
- keep your password private and do not share your account;
- tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it;
- you are responsible for what happens through your account while it is signed in.
You can review where you are signed in, and sign out of any device, from your account.
05Details about other people
Compatibility readings and friend codes use another person’s name and birth details. Only enter someone else’s details if they are happy for you to do so, and only share a friend code, which carries your own details, with people you trust.
Please treat the results with care. A reading about someone else is not a judgement of who they are.
06Using the service fairly
When you use Astro Analysts, you agree not to:
- break the law, or use the service to harass, threaten or harm anyone;
- collect readings or data in bulk, by scraping, scripts or automated requests;
- try to get around our limits, break our security, or reach accounts or data that are not yours;
- disrupt or overload the service, or interfere with other people using it;
- copy, resell or present the service or its readings as your own professional advice;
- impersonate anyone, or create accounts with false details.
Found a security weakness? Please report it as described on our security page rather than testing it further.
07Our content and yours
The website, its design, text, readings, images and the Astro Analysts name and logo belong to us or the people who license them to us. You may use your own readings and story cards for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing them on social media.
Some parts of the service are built with open-source software and open data, which remain under their own licences.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve the service without owing you anything for them.
08Free features and changes
Readings are free today. We may change, add or remove features as the service grows. If we ever offer paid features, we will show the price and any extra terms clearly before you pay.
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every location.
09Our responsibility to you
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make or actions you take based on a reading, or for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data.
Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
10Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account, email astroanalystss@gmail.com from the address on your account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or that we must close by law. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will give notice on the website or by email. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a disagreement cannot be settled by talking to us first, the courts of India will have jurisdiction.
